Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, Alaska is soliciting bids for the Hiddeen Lake Outhouse Replacement Project to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to demolish, remove, and properly dispose of 6 existing outhouses (a total of 14 holes) and replace with five (5) two-hole pre-fabricated concrete outhouses at the Hidden Lake Campground within the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge located in Soldotna, Alaska. Specific site improvements will include removal of existing toilets; excavation for new toilets vaults; installation of new prefabricated toilets, new concrete walkways to each toilet, backfilling and finish grading. In addition, replace 10 existing wooden picnic tables with concrete tables as directed by the contracting officer and deliver old picnic tables to a guard station located at approximately mile 14 Skilak lake Road, Soldotna, Alaska. The Costruction Cost Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. A 20% Bid Guarantee will be required as well as 100% Performance and 100% Paymnet Bonds. The Solicitation issue date will be around June 16, 2005.
