Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for courier services to be provided between the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201 and the Community Outpatient Clinics located in Camdenton, MO; St. James, MO; Mexico, MO; and Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. Contractor shall provided vehicles and personnel. Contract will be for a base period of one year, July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than service-disable veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about May 10, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is June 10, 2005, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is June 20, 2005.
