Description

The project consists of the following: The contractor will provide all labor, equipment and material to construct a new 5,112 sq ft down draft paint facility with CMU walls, built-up roof and finishes. Civil includes site demolition, site utilities and paving. Structural will include reinforced concrete foundation, open web steel joists and steel framing. Mechanical includes HVAC, plumbing systems, compressed air system and fire alarm system. Electrical includes distribution equipment, facility power and lighting and fire alarm system. The project will also include the purchase and installation of a manufactured paint booth, 30' x 75' x 20'high (interior working dimensions) and associated compressor and paint equipment IAW with drawings and specifications. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The period of performance will be 180 days.
