Description

The US Geological Survey (USGS) in Reston, VA has a requirement for Personal Property Management support services. The contractor will travel and review 338 USGS sites for the purpose of conducting internal reviews to determine site compliance with property regulations. The contractor will perform visual inspections of physical property and interview USGS personnel in order to provide USGS a Property Review Questionnaire and Report. The proposed contract is for a period of one year. Interested parties shall complete RFP 05HQSS0023 on the Electronic Commerce Web Site at the following web site: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. Procedures in FAR 12 shall be used for this procurement. The period of performance shall begin around August 15, 2005. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The anticipated release date for the solicitation is around June 6, 2005. Responses will be due on or about June 27, 2005. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 561320 with a 11.5 million size standard. See numbered note one.
