Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide VA Medical Center, North Chicago, IL radiopharmaceutical services. Anticipated period of performance is base year, August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006 plus two option years at the discretion of the Government in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 424210 is 100 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about June 26, 2005. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $10.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
