Description

Design/Build and/or Design/Bid/Build Fixed Price General Construction. The Postal Service is interested in selecting the most qualified contractors/companies for Fixed Price New Construction, Expansion and large renovation type projects. The information you provide in the Qualification Statement will be the basis for the evaluation of your proposal as a Design/Build and/or Design/Bid/Build Entity. The term of the Prequalification will be for one year, with possible four-one year renewal options. The geographic areas of the pre-qualificaton are: Region 1, North & South Carolina, Western VA & West VA; Region 2, Kentucky, Southern IN & Ohio; Region 3, Pennsylvania, Northern WV & Southern New Jersey and Region 4, Eastern Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland & Delaware. A map is included in the statement. Pre-qualification statements will be evaluated by qualified Postal professionals. The Pre-Qualification Statement consist of the following areas of consideration: The Evaluation Process, Geographic Area and License Requirement, and Qualification Statement Review. This is not a request for a proposal. Prequalification statements will not be returned. The contents of your statement are strictly confidential and the information contained will not be shared with other agencies. Your company must have been in business for a minimum of five (5) years with experience as a Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build Entity.
