- Description: 04SP308033 - Request for Annual Statements of Qualifications The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking annual statements of qualifications (SF 330 Part II - General Qualifications) for potential future A-E design services. Services are for the Lower Colorado Region which includes the geographic areas of Southern California, Southern Nevada, Southwest Utah (Washington County) and Arizona. Qualifications data will be maintained for one year and classified by location, specialized experience, professional capabilities, and scope of work capacity. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. When a requirement becomes known, firms with the required specialized experience, who have an SF 330 Part II on file, will be sent the Statement of Work and be asked to submit supplemental qualifications, the SF 330 Part I - Contract Specific Qualifications. The cost for future design requirements is estimated to be less than $500,000.00. It is anticipated that any resulting contracts will be firm-fixed price. Scope of services may include providing designs and specifications for water resources systems which may include dams, hydroelectric power-plants, pumping plants, pump/generating plants, water conveyance facilities and other appurtenant support facilities and systems such as fish passage, propagation, and protective works enhancement; fisheries and waterfowl habitat improvement works; and recreation and other use facilities. These facilities and systems are used to produce power, to pump water and to provide water for irrigation and/or municipal and industrial water systems. Other services may include the preparation of draft and final plans, specifications and drawings; and related investigations, studies, surveys, and cost estimates and for other related support services required by Reclamation in the accomplishment of its programs such as building construction, maintenance, or repair of real property such as, buildings, roads, canals, bridges, pumping plants, power-plants, recreation areas, water control structures, and other structures. Interested firms shall submit the SF 330 Part II - General Qualifications to: Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition & Assistance Group, Attention: Denise Colwell (LC-3111), 500 Fir Street, Boulder City, NV 89005 by close of business June 30, 2005. Information may not be incorporated by reference in the SF 330. The SF 330 should address location; specialized experience; professional capabilities; and capacity, with respect to the scope of work that can be undertaken.
