Description

VISN 3 Network Acquisition and Logistics has a requirement to provide twenty-four (24) hour Ambulette Services for the beneficiaries of two (2) Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Health Care System Campuses - Brooklyn and St. Albans, in strict acccordance with specifications, terms and conditions as described within solicitation Request for Proposal 10N3-183-05. The period of performance shall be on/about July 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005 with three (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. Multiple awards will result from this solicitation. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS 485991, Size Standard $6.0 mil. Interested small business shall submit their proposal, in accordance with sollicitation 10N3-183-05, to Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10N3NAL, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Room 9B-16, Bronx, NY 10468, Attn: Cynthia McClarin by 3:00 PM, June 13, 2005.
