- This is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) umbrella contract under which individual Task Order Contracts will be awarded in support of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service?s (CMS) audit, oversight and anti-fraud and abuse efforts associated with the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit (Part D), the Retiree Drug Subsidy and the Medicare Advantage Program. The entities that will perform the support services are hereafter referred to as Medicare Drug Integrity Contractors (MEDICs). The MEDIC shall furnish the necessary and qualified personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, and supplies not otherwise provided by the government, as needed to perform the requirements set forth in the Umbrella Statement of Work (U-SOW) (Section J, Attachment J.1 entitled Medicare Drug Integrity Contractors Statement of Work), and as indicated in each individual Task Order Contract Statement of Work (TO-SOW).
