- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) for reference number: F2FT145103A200. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This procurement is being issued as a HUBZone set-aside. The North American industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 335931 with a size standard of 500 Employees that applies to this procurement. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts and shipping necessary for delivery.
