- 05T0133 Excimer Laser The Operational Contracting Branch (88 CONS/PKSA) of the 88th Air Base Wing would like to procure one(1)Lambda Physik model LPX210i or equal Excimer laser. Interested parties shall submit their quotes by email to Lucas S. Please include cover sheet which should annotate the number of pages to be expected. Quotes are due to the government NLT 0800 hrs EST on 30 May 2005. Offerors shall make clear that their quotes are valid for a period of no less than 45 days. The Government reserves the right not to make any award. New or Used at under 7 years of age i. 30 days inspection and acceptance ii. Warrantied if used. H. Controller and power supply included I. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Small Business, 52.219-6 Notice of Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation FA8601-05-T-0133 Is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 19 Jul 2004 and Class Deviation 2004-.0001. Award will be based upon best value to the government considering price and past performance, see FAR 52.212-2 ? Evaluation ? Commercial Items (Jan 1999).
