Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for digital musical keyboards, keyboard cases, keyboard stands, and cables for the Music Program at Department of Defense Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS). The solicitation number is HE1254-05-Q-0087 and is issued as 100% Small Business set aside request for quote. This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03 and DCN 20050422. Offerors shall include the completed solicitation, representations and certifications, and amendments (if issued) with their solicitation package due by 2:00PM EST, Tuesday, June 21, 2005. DoDEA is a Federal Government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: 7710, Musical instruments. NAICS Code: 423990, Musical instruments merchant wholesalers. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. Interested small businesses may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a quote.
