Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to clean/coat exterior of the basewide Water Distribution Basewide, Water Tanks including but not limited to removing failed paint and corrosion from the metal surfaces of the water tanks prior to applying the protective coat, the utility connections shall be clean and complete, backfilling and compaction will be performed, built to a minimum industry tolerance unless otherwise noted and shall be square, true to line and grade, plumb and straight, finishes shall be consistent in color and texture, and shall cover all exposed surfaces, include obscure surfaces. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. When the solicitation is posted, it can be viewed by going to the EPS web site, EPS for Vendors, USAF Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command-Locations, 16th Contracting Squadron. No hard copies of specifications or drawings will be provided.
