- The counseling services to be provided under this subcontract shall conform, at a minimum, to counseling services specified in the Job Corps Federal Regulations (Title 20 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 638.510), in the Job Corps Policy and Requirements handbook (PRH), Chapter 6.10 R1 and applicable Technical Assistance Guides (TAGs). To accomplish these ends, the Center Counselor shall: Provide substance abuse counseling services for a maximum of sixteen (16) hours per week. Any additional hours must be approved in advance by the Center Director. Of the 16 hours per week, 12 hours per week shall be provided on-site at the facilities located at the Center Wellness Services Clinic in Edinburgh, Indiana and 4 hours per week will be provided on-site at the facilities located at the IndyPendence Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
