Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas plans to issue IFB-SAF-0019 for the construction of a new 2 story dormitory which consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the complete construction located at the Federal Correctional Institution in Safford, Arizona. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation will be available on or about June 14, 2005, with an anticipated bid opening date of July 21, 2005. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
