Description

The W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salisbury, North Carolina (VAMC Salisbury) is seeking potential sources to provide services of two (2) on-site American Board of Radiology Certified Radiologists and off-campus film interpretation via teleradiology for its' eligible beneficiaries. The contract will be for a base and 4 option years. The two (2) on-site radiologists shall work 40-hours a week with teleradiology to be utilized after normal working hours, weekends and holidays. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621111 and the size standard is $8.5M. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and Address of company/provider, whether firm is a large or small business based on the $8.5M size standard, teleradiology capability, and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
