Description: The Coatesville VA Medical Center is issuing a Request for Quotation for the following services: Contractor shall provide all facilities, supplies, equipment, personnel, and services necessary for Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Magnetic Resonance Angiography for patients referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract requirements. The facility must be located within a 20 mile radius of the VA Medical Center. Contract term is from July 15, 2005 through July 14, 2006 with four (4) one-year renewal options. The NAICS Code is 621512. This is an unrestricted procurement.
