MARKET SURVEY MAY 18, 2005 From: COMSC N1023Subject: Flatrack Condition and Inventory Survey THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS MARKET SURVEY, OR TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. MSC requests information about the cost and availability of providing flatrack survey services. Specifics are as follows: 1. LOCATION: Port Hueneme, CA and NWS Earle, NJ 2. PRIMARY MISSION: a. To provide surveying services for flat racks. Specifications of work to be performed can be found in the Statement of Work provided on the Military Sealift Command website (www.msc.navy.mil) under Contracts, then Request for Information/Market Surveys. 3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: June 2005 4. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: COMPANY INFORMATION a) Name of company b) Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address, and e-mail address (if available) c) Brief summary of company history relative to similar requirements d) Small business standing (i.e., small or large business; HubZone status) e) Any recommendation on how to better outline or obtain the specified services f) Provide a commercial price list if available 5. It is requested that the above information be provided no later than 1200 hours on 25 May 2005.
