PRON: AX5BZ109AX, NSN: 4130-01-477-8126, PN: 7-511A21507-3, Quantity: 6 EACH, applicable to AH-64 Apache Long Bow, with deliveries to Mesa, AZ 85205-9797. This item is restricted to Fairchild Controls Corp., Cage Code 01359 and McDonnell Douglas H elicopter Cage Code 8V613, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Production Lead-time is 6 each, 190 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produ ce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy R elating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements.
