- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is F2XHE15112A500 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03 (11 Apr 05); DCN 20050509 (9 May 05); AFAC 2005-0517 (17 May 05); and Class Deviation 05o0001 (24 Jan 05). It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 424920 and the size standard is 500. This acquisition is unrestricted/open market. Quotes given shall include all related shipping and handling charges conducive in shipping to Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex AL 36118.
