- The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to the Statement of Work and to respond to questions submitted regarding the subject combined synopsis/solicitation: 1.The following sentence is added under Statement of Work, Task (2): Within 90 days of award, the Contractor shall submit an interim report to the COTR describing the data collection results to date. 2.The following deliverable is added as Item 2a under Statement of Work, Deliverables, 2) Data Collection: Interim Report ? due within 90 days of award. 3.Statement of Work, Deliverables, 4) Final Report is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Final Report ? due within 180 days of award. 4.Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside (June 20 03) is hereby incorporated by reference. 5.QUESTION: The period of performance is listed as six months. With a projected award date of perhaps June 1, 2005, this would be an end date of December 1, 2005. The final report is listed as being due on September 15, 2005. Is this correct? If not, could it be restated as X days from award? Are the data collection dates flexible? ANSWER: Yes, the final report (Deliverable Item 4) shall be due within 180 days of contract award. Yes, the data collection dates are flexible. 6.QUESTION: The solicitation states that the Contractor will install the GFP WAAS receivers in a mobile equipment rack. Will this equipment rack (and mounting hardware) be Government provided or does the Contractor need to furnish it? ANSWER: The equipment rack will be provided by the Government as Government Furnished Property (GFP). The Contractor shall provide the wiring and mounting hardware. 7.QUESTION: The solicitation states that data will be collected for a continuous twenty-four (24) hour period at each location. Is this the entire amount of data collection; one full day at each location? ANSWER: Yes, the data collection shall be performed for one full day at each location. 8.QUESTION: The solicitation mentions the COTR coordinating with the USCG for access to vessels for the data collection; is the vessel data collection included in the twenty-four (24) hour period or is this additional at each location? If additional, how much additional data collection is required? ANSWER: The vessel data will be collected at the same time as the tw enty-four (24) hour shore data is collected. No additional data collection is required. 9.The response date for the subject solicitation is hereby extended until May 24, 2005 at 3:00 pm EST. 10.All other terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation remain unchanged.
