Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is soliciting proposals to provide fixed- wing air ambulance transportation services. These services will be provided for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System and within VISN 21. The solicilation will be posted onto Business Opportunities System on Monday, June 20, 2005. Please mail proposals Jeanne Chun, Contracting Specialist, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Ave. 90/CCA, Bldg.6 Room C-142, Palo Alto, CA 94304. All proposals must be received in the issuing office NO LATER than July 20, 2005 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time. No telephonic request will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to fax number 650-849-0332, no later than Friday, July 8, 2005 with NO EXCEPTIONS.
