Description

The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 for maintenance and bi-monthly inspections of Kodak Model M35A and Air Techniques Model AT 2000 film processors. In addition, this RFQ includes quarterly supplies of Kodak Rapid Process X-omat developer and fixer for the DVA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. Contract period is July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 with four (4) option years. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. The following provisions and clauses apply in addition to any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
