- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3R25102A200 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-01, effective 09 March 2005 and Class Deviation 2005-0001. This acquisition is set-aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 339113, with a small business size standard not to exceed 500 employees. BASIC REQUIREMENT: Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to provide: Chem Overgarment Part # CPO-NFR-SXS - 3ea; Chem Overgarment Part # CPO-NFR-SS ? 3ea; Chem Overgarment Part # CPO-NFR-LR ? 8ea; Chem Overgarment Part # CPO-NFR-LL ? 8ea; Chem Overgarment Part # CPO-NFR-XL ? 6ea; Overgarment Part # CPO-NFR-XXL ? 2ea; Additionally all overgarments MUST be WOODLAND CAMOUFLAGE fabric. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at: www.ccr.gov/ and the online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov/. Registrations on the prior websites are mandatory for this acquisition. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items (APR 2005) with the quotation. FAR clause 52.212-4 (OCT 2003), Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
