- The requirement is to replace an existing 400 hp boiler with two new steam process boilers (approx 250 hp each), including demolition of the old boiler, in accordance with the scope of work. As the specifications are lengthy, a formal solicitation h as been posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website for this requirement. Instructions for locating the solicitation follow: Go to https://acquisition.army.mil and click on Contracting Opportunities Search. When the page comes up, scroll down to the drop down box that says Select Contract Office. With ANY highlighted (click on ANY even if it is already highlighted), type the letter B. Blue Grass Army Depot will appear at the bottom of the box. You do not have to include any other criteria. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Continue. The page that comes up will show the solicitations we have open. Select W22G1F-05-R-0004. With the solicitation description page open, the Word document may be accessed by scrolling down and clicking Attachments .
