Description

The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to operate the base furnishings management office and maintain government-furnished property in support of Goodfellow Air Force Base in accordance with the Statement of Work. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 and the size standard is $30.0 million. This solicitation is restricted to small business concerns. Period of contract is 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, with four, one-year option periods The anticipated date for a site visit is 14 Jun 05. The anticipated proposal due date is 30 Jun 08 with award date of 1 Oct 05. Exact dates will be shown in the Request for Proposal (RFP) when posted on or about 01 Jun 05. All requests for clarifications or questions relating to this solicitation must be faxed to (325) 654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.237-1, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only.
