Description

The VA Network 22 Logistics Office seeks proposals for a firm, fixed-price service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide preventive maintenance inspections and intervening service calls on Government-owned reverse osmosis systems and rental & exchange of deionized and carbon tanks in a Hemodialysis setting. Equipment is located at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073; VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822; VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92347; and, VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Contract is for a one (1) year base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods. Solicitation to be available on-or-about 5/20/05 with proposals due on-or-about 6/17/05. Interested parties must have experience in performing services at Hemodialysis centers. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer.
