Description

Pre-Solicitation Synopsis (Not a Solicitation Issue) This is a presolicitation notice as defined under FAR 5.201 and in accordance with FAR 5.203. The United States Air Force, 88 Air Base Wing, Wright- Patterson AFB, OH, plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about May 20, 2005 with a closing date of June 20, 2005 at 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. The RFP will be for the performance of the Display Services for the Air Force Research Laboratory located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. (WPAFB). The services include consist of Display, Graphics, and Trade Show services and include but are not limited to the operation of the Display Production Facility (DPF) (located on WPAFB) estimating, design, production, procurement, custom woodworking, packing, shipping, transportation, world wide deployment for event support, and routine maintenance of government supplied display products, equipment and tools. NAICS code:339950 The Government anticipates a competitive acquisition for the award of a Time + Material Requirements basic contract with four one-year option periods. This RFP will be a Small Business Set-Aside competition conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, ?Contracting by Negotiation?. After the release date of May 20, 2005, interested parties may access the RFP either on the PIXS or Federal Business Opportunities website.
