Description

The Thomas E. Creek Medical Center has a need to procure elevator maintenance services in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation. Contract will be for a base year with four (4) option years. NAICS code 811310 applies to this procurement. Size standard is $6 mil. FAR Part 12 Commercial item contract applies to this procurement. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Ofifcer (504/90C), 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX. You may also FAX your requests to (806) 354-7875. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Bid opening date will be 05/26/05 at 2:00 PM CST. Only firms capable of meeting the two (2) hour response time should submit a proposal.
