- AMENDMENT NO. 0003 WILL BE ISSUED ON THURSDAY, MAY 5, 2005 via the Electronic Contracting Solicitations link located at http://www.poh.usace.army.mil/pohct/contracting.asp. AMENDMENT NO. 0003. a. This amendment hereby issues Revised Scope of Work entitled Construction Management Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District Area Office, Various Locations Within the Pacific Region dated May 4, 2005, which i s attached herein. The Revised Scope of Work incorporates an Army initiative to account for contract services and adds Contract Line Item Nos. 0001FA and 0002JA for Contractor Manpower Reporting. b. All interested contractors shall complete the revised solicitation attached hereto. The revised solicitation supersedes the basic solicitation issued under the initial notice. c. The closing due date and time is not extended. Proposals and support documentation must be received by the closing due date and time to receive consideration.
