Description

Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for the breakdown, modification, storage, and rebuild of Knoll workstations. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Jerrell Design Group, Inc., 243 Carvel Road, Pasadena, MD, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement. The Government for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, Required Central Contractor Registration, applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this registration when submitting your statement.
