Description: SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for equipment and services to support the upgrade and the automation of the Commander?s Channel. The award will be to Media Rushworks LLC, 2970 Hillside Dr, Lewisville, TX 75077-6408. Products and Services under this award consist of upgrading and providing equipment along with training and programming for Nellis Personnel on the Commander Access Channel. Statutory authority for this sole source award is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
