- Description
- General Services Administration(GSA)Lease No. GS-09B-01410 provides 41,224 rentable ssquare feet of office and related space in a modern, high quality office building in Santa Ana, CA with a parking ratio of 4/1,000rsf. There is an additional requirement for approximately 21,000rsf with similar parking ratio. It is intended that the additional 21,000rsf will be negotiated into the superseding lease. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if relocation would be economically advantageous to the Government. In making such a determination, GSA will consider cost factors including but not limited to the total cost of the physical move,(including telecommunications and computer cabling costs); tenant improvement costs (whether included in the rent or compensated separately from the rent); and the anticipated rent for the space, as well as other factors impacting the Governments' rights under a prospective lease, such as , for example the length of any firm term that might be required at an alternative location, the length of time necessary to deliver the space ready for occupancy, and the right to terminate any space vacated during the term.
