Description
General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space in the range of approximately 11,181 Usable Square Feet for the Air Force. Open surface parking for (60) is required on site. Visitor parking and handicap space parking to be at a ratio of 1 parking space for every 300 rentable square foot leased by the Government. No build-to-suits or sub-leases. Unique Requirements: 1. The Air Force must have ready access to the subject space 24 hours, 7 days a week. The subject building must present a well-maintained appearance, representing a professional image, consistent with the work of the federal government. 2. Space must be contiguous, not separated by a public corridor, and have telecommunication T-1 capability. 3. The parking is to be open surface parking and at NO additional cost to the Government. The parking area is required to provide a reasonable level of security to prevent crime to persons and Government property. 4. Proposed building should be within 3 blocks of a public bus stop. 5. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous to the Government, including infrastructure cost of moving, telecommunications, alterations (high security) etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. This E-posting is in pursuant to Executive Order 13006, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act & Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976. Area of Consideration: The subject space is required in or within the following delineated area; Within one (1) mile north or south of I-410, bounded by Hwy 90 on the south and I-10 on the east Term: The lease term is: 5 years, 1 year firm term. No options.
