Description

This is a sources sought synopsis as a part of market research. The purpose of this notice is to seek interested companies that are capable of providing ? Hazardous Medical Waste Pick-Up and Disposal Service? to the 10th Medical Group (Hospital and Dental Clinics), United States Air Force Academy, CO 80840. Potential vendors shall be capable of complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules governing regulated medical waste for generators, transporters and /or treatment facilities for the duration of any proposed contract. All interested business concerns shall indicate interest in a potential acquisition by providing the company name, mailing address, telephone number, cage code, DUNS number and electronic mail address to John Kurko, not later than 1500 hours, 5 May 2005. Interested companies shall also submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting their capability and past performance related to this potential acquisition. This is only an attempt to identify potential vendors. This notice is not a request for quotation. For the purpose of a potential acquisition, the NAICS code is 562112 and the anticipated business size is $10.5M.
