Description

The 96th Contracting Squadron (96 CONS/MSCB), Eglin AFB, FL intends to offer Timber Sales on the Eglin AFB Reservation. Work will consist of harvesting all sand pine trees designated for removal. There is one harvest unit-one contract line item number -CLIN of approximately 889 acres, containing 24,700 tons of sand pine timber. The sale area is not in a ?closed area?. Timber will be sold on a ?price-per-unit? with an advanced payment requirement. Timber sold is located within Harvest unit and is comprised of natural sand pine only. This is a notification to interested parties. The solicitation number for this announcement is FA2823-05-R-0019. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this sale is 113310, with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
