This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solication for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and RFQ posted on EC. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation for Fence Material and the Request for Quotation is posted on the website listed below and is refered to as " BCQ052005 FY05 Fence Material", delivery date is June 1, 2005. FAR clauses are listed within the RFQ. QUOTES ARE DUE BY MAY 9, 2005 AT 11:59PM MST. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. Vendor will give BLM two (2) days notice prior to delivery to the BLM Wareyard located at 5th & Cedar Streets, Susanville, CA 96130.
