- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to Medicar Services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) at Jesse Brown VA, 820 S Damen, Chicago Illinois for the period of one year from the date of the award, plus two one-year options to extend, in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted for Full and Open Competition. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 485991 is $6.0M. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
