- Description
- CMS intends to award a sole source contract to the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) for development of a streamlined process for Family Planning Demonstration applications and renewal applications under Section 1115 of the Social Security Act. This work includes quick turnaround response time to States planning demonstrations and renewing expiring demonstrations. In addition, the work will require enrollment data collection and monitoring. CMS has utilized the services of NASHP for services of this nature in previous contractual efforts based upon their knowledge of the State Children?s Health Insurance Program and their unique ability to gather experts within each State to participate in necessary steering committees in support of the CMS Medicaid work. Any interested party with the understanding that it can effectively and efficiently perform a contract of this nature for CMS must provide a two-page capability statement in response to this notice. Consideration will be given and CMS will make a determination of qualification. POC Louis Anderson landerson3@cms.hhs.gov
