Description

Modernize the critical electrical system for Building 3001 by upgrading the existing substation to include a 20KVA transformer ans switch gear and provide two new 1500KVA substations. Upgrade the HVAC system by installing new 2000 ton chillers and o ne new 100,000 lb/hr boiler. Options will include replacement of air handling units and condensate piping. Estimated cost range of this project is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about May 12, 2005, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will be provided on CD-ROM free of charge. Registration for plans and specifications MUST BE MADE VIA OUR INTER NET HOME PAGE at www.swt.usace.army.mil; select Contracting, Advertised Solicitations. No phone calls to order please. All orders will be ailed via first class mail. Requests for special handling (Fed-X, etc.) will not be honored. Contracting informati on (current solicitations, bid results, and contract awards) is available on the Tulsa District home page. Plans and specifications will also be available for download from the website. Vendors must still register as planholders.
