Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 41407-0001-06-5 for the provision of Trash Removal Services for the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri. The contractor shall provide trash removal services to include pick-up, haul, dump, and relocate trash produced by the USMCFP Springfield. It is estimated the contract will include the rental of varying size containers and generating numerous pulls for the base year and for each of four (4)option years. The contract period shall consist of effective date of award through 12 months from effective date of award and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about May 13, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. The North American Industry Classification System is 562111. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated receipt of quotes is June 14, 2005. The solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contract for which they are eligible.
