Description

**Note: The Gallery intends on only soliciting from GSA vendors for this requirement.** The National Gallery of Art (NGA) has an upcoming requirement for cost-per-copy services. Attached is a draft copy of our specifications for this project. Our purpose in releasing this draft is to gain insight on industry perspectives and streamline our specifications to make them better conform to industry standards. We invite firms to present suggestions, propose terms and conditions, or changes in strategy that would better reflect industry standard or otherwise streamline our specifications, and provide comments and questions. All responses will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to other potential offerors without prior consent. The Gallery reserves the right to incorporate comments it receives into the resulting solicitation. However, a firm?s response to this ad will not preclude it from competing in the ensuing competition. We would like to have the bulk of the responses come within the next two weeks. Responses that address the Gallery?s current problem with copy allotment overruns on some copiers and extreme copy allotment under-utilization on others (i.e. pooling, etc) are most desired.
