- This is a sole source announcement. No hardcopy Request for Quotation will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Information Systems Support, Inc., 3049 Ualena Street, Honolulu, HI for services and incidental materials for the installation of seven (7) Centracom operator consoles for the Regional Operation Command and Control Center's Pacific Maritime Mobile Emergency Radio System. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies, and is revised to require a seven (7) day, vice 45 day, response time to this announcement.
