- Furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to perform upgrade of information technology in the Mobile District Executive Suite. Equipment to be furnished and installed includes projector, high definition 50 inch plasma display and video tele conference system. This is a commercial items acquisition. The request for quotations (RFQ) will be available only via download from the Mobile Districts Electronic Bid Solicitations page at http://www.sam.usace.army.mil/ct/ebs/asp/AdvertisedSolicita tions.asp. No paper copies will be issued, unless it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. The RFQ will be posted in .pdf format which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader . This software is distributed free of charge by Adobe Systems, Inc. tt p://www.adobe.com/ It is the responsibility of interested parties to register, download the RFQ, and to check for amendments, which will be posted to the same site if issued. The RFQ will be available for download on or about 18 Apr 2005. This procurement is 100% set aside f or small business, NAICS Code 541519. A firm qualifying as a small business under this code must have 150 or fewer employees.
