Synopsis, Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date and advise all parties that the following DRAFT doucments have been posted to the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Natick Contracting Divisi on website at https://www3.natick.army.mil for reveiw and comments: (1) A DRAFT of Section C-Descriptions and Specifications; (2) A DRAFT of Section L-Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders; (3) A DRAFT of Section M-Evaluation Factors for Award; and (4) A DRAFT of Attachment 1- Product Specification. Please be advised that any comments pertaining to the Synopsis or the DRAFT documents may be directed to Peggy Dube via e-mail at peggy.dube@natick.army.mil No Later Than 12 Noon, EST, on Monday, 25 April 2005. No telephone calls will be accepted.
