Item 0001 is a NO. 2 BEARING. NSN: 3110008582674RV. P/N: 488686. The item description – Duplex annular ball bearing, manufactured to very close tolerances, as dimensions are critical. Supports N1 Compressor both axial and radial. Materials – high carbon steel, contains precious metals. Application: Engine TF-33-P7/7A/100A. Quantity range 1 to 268 EA. Destn: Tinker AFB OK 73145-3032. Requested Delivery: November 2005. Government/Commercial, new/unused surplus is acceptable. The approximate issue date of solicitation will be 20 October, 2004. The anticipated award date is December 2004. Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design, or manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing on items determined by the government to be similar in complexity and criticality, can be considered approved sources for this item. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Written quotations are required. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
