Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement is for three (3) each mobile security buildings, 10 feet x 30 feet Open Bay Office necessary for mobile chemical agent monitoring operations. Must consist of 125 AMP breaker panel, Exterior J Box - phone and data, security bars on windows, steel exterior doors with three-point locking system. Delivery is FOB APG Destination. Additional specifications shall be available upon request. Evaluation factors hold equal importance a nd include cost, technical acceptance, and past performance, when combined, provide the best value for the Government. This will be a Firm Fixed Price commercial procurement. Applicable FAR clauses for this action are 52.212-1, Instrctions to Offers, Com mercial. A completed copy of the clause at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Co nditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies.
