Description

This solicitation is cancelled. This will be re-advertised with a new number. The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for construction of Palmer Traynham Wetland Reserve Restoration Project. The project is located in Colusa County, California. The major items of work are Compacted levee fill, 21,955 CY, Topography enhancement, 21,780 CY, Water Control Structures, 13 EA, Native Grass Plantings, 32 AC, Tree Plantings, 5000 EA, and Tule Transplants 12 EA. This work is to be completed within 30 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Numbered Note 1 applies. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. Site showing to be held 3/15/05, 10:30 a.m., meeting at the Shell gas station in Arbuckle on the East side of I-5. Traveling North, take the first Arbuckle exit and the Shell station is at the intersection near the exit ramp stop sign. Traveling South, take the 2nd Arbuckle exit and turn left at the stop sign, go under the overpass, Shell station is on the left. Offers are due 3/25/05 by 2:30 p.m. The solicitation documents will be made available via FedBizOpps website approximately 2/23/05.
