- NSN(s): 2520-01-214-3239 and 2520-01-251-4395. Estimated Yearly Quantity: 1,092. Unit of Issue: EA. Item and Drawing#: Disk, Clutch 73342 23018225 and Ring, Support, Transm 19207 11650255. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 2 NSN(s) with various end items. This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 2520. See Note(s): 1, 9, and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about May 02 2005 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for two 1G drawing items. This signifies that the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This AMSC code implies that parts procured under this NSN are candidates for full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on a FOB Destination basis. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as an 100% small business set-aside with full and open competition.
