- NSN 6220-00-878-7301 | FLOODLIGHT, ELECTRIC | Manufacture in accordance with Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-52498 | This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items | This solicitation is being issued with the intention of awarding an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The base term is two (2) years with an option that the Government may exercise annually to extend the contract up to three (3) additional one-year terms. | The estimated annual quantity is 2000 EA. This estimate is based on demand from past years and is not a guaranteed ordering quantity. Future demand for this item can vary significantly due to unforeseen circumstances. | It is intended that the contract resulting from this solicitation will have delivery orders placed through an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. This will be accomplished via a Paperless Order Placement System (POPS). | This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to a domestic small business concern. | The place of Government inspection and acceptance will be at origin. | All deliveries will be made F.O.B. destination. | Offerors are required to submit a technical proposal. Technical merit, based on the technical proposal, will be a factor that is evaluated in addition to past performance and price in order to make the award selection decision that represents the best value to the Government. | Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home.
